Embodied Feng Shui™
Embodied Feng Shui™ is one-on-one work that supports alignment between your inner world and the spaces you live and work within. Your environment is approached not as a backdrop, but as a living system that participates in your regulation, creativity, and sense of safety.
This work uniquely weaves Organic Intelligence® coaching with Instinctive Feng Shui™, an intuitive, experience-based approach to working with space. Rather than applying fixed rules or traditional formulas, we listen to what is present in your lived experience of the environment and respond from there.
We pay attention to layout, objects, symbolism, and flow, as well as your body’s responses as we explore the space together. Changes are made with care for feeling-tone and timing, allowing adjustments to land in ways that feel grounded, coherent, and supportive of how you live now.
Often the most meaningful shifts are subtle. Small, intentional movements allow your system to receive change without force or overwhelm. Through this process, your home or workspace becomes both a mirror and an ally, reflecting where you’ve been and gently reinforcing where you’re going. Inner knowing takes form, becoming something you can see, touch, and live inside every day.
Lineage & Training
My spatial work is grounded in both embodied and environmental lineages. I am a certified Interior Alignment® practitioner, trained in Instinctive Feng Shui™, a method that honors inner wisdom, symbolism, and lived experience as primary guides for working with space.
This training is integrated with my background as an Organic Intelligence® coach, allowing spatial changes to be explored in attunement with the nervous system, rather than imposed from the outside. Embodied Feng Shui™ is my proprietary offering integrating Organic Intelligence® coaching with Instinctive Feng Shui™.
What a Soul Needs in a Home
- Safety – A place where you can be fully yourself, unguarded and at ease
- Belonging – A space that reflects who you are and where you come from
- Connection to Nature – Harmony with natural cycles, elements, and the land around you
- Sacred Space – A corner or container for reflection, grounding, and connection to your inner knowing
This isn’t about rules or rigid design systems.
It’s about creating environments that support your nervous system’s ability to regulate, settle, and come alive.
